Youth Fit – Kickboxing (Up to 14 Years)

For parents bringing their children to kickboxing, we offer a unique opportunity to use our fitness facilities for FREE. Let your children learn self-defense while you work on your own health.

In our gym, we aim to make children more resilient in a unique and effective way through the discipline of kickboxing. We believe this is more than just physical training; it is a catalyst for personal growth and social development. Here’s what sets us apart:

Resilience in a New Way
Kickboxing is more than just learning punches and kicks; it’s a chance for children to discover what true resilience means. On the training mat, they learn that everyone, regardless of age or experience, is equal. This fosters humility and respect for others—values they will carry with them throughout their lives.

It’s important to note that most children initially start with some anxiety, given the focus on kickboxing and self-defense. However, as they become familiar with the environment and experience the enjoyment of the classes, their initial fears often disappear. They become braver and more adventurous as they grow bolder and better understand themselves.

Attentive Listening and Focus
During our youth kickboxing training, children also learn the importance of attentive listening and concentration. This not only helps them in their training but also develops essential skills for their future, such as improved academic performance and effective communication. We believe in cultivating both physical and mental strength in our youth.

Bullying Ends Here
Bullying has no place in our gym. Kickboxing is not just a physical defense but a mental one as well. It provides children with the skills to defend themselves without resorting to violence. This enables them to be confident and assertive, helping to prevent and stop bullying.

Outlet for Emotions and Refreshing Sleep
Kickboxing provides children with a healthy way to express their built-up energy and emotions. After an intense training session, they often feel satisfied and can enjoy a refreshing night’s sleep, contributing to their well-being and peace of mind.

Two Groups, Endless Possibilities
Our large gym offers a unique opportunity. We have two groups of children who can train together. Younger children learn through play and develop the basics of kickboxing, while older children focus on more advanced techniques. This creates a stimulating and diverse learning environment for each child.

In our gym, it’s not just about practicing kickboxing; it’s about shaping strong, confident, and respectful individuals ready to face life’s challenges. Together, we build a future where resilience and self-confidence thrive, and bullying has no chance.
